Build a stencil outline you can inspect

Vinyl mode produces a filled silhouette suited to stencil and sticker work. Islands inside letters need bridges in your design tool if the material must stay connected.

Crop tightly, remove tiny noise regions carefully, and verify counters (the holes in letters) before you send the file to a cutter.
